Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documents.
- Draft letters, reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Prepare agendas and follow up on action points from meetings.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely delivery of information and reports.
- Screen calls, inquiries, and requests, handling them when appropriate.
3. Office Management
- Organize and maintain the MD’s files and records.
- Oversee administrative activities to support executive operations.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
4. Strategic Support
- Assist the MD in tracking company goals, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research and prepare briefs for meetings or decision-making.
- Support business presentations, investor decks, and internal communications.
5. Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications and dealings.
