POSITION TITLE MD Assistant
REPORTS TO Managing Director
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor (BBA) or above. Preferably with some technical qualification.
- Minimum 2 years working experience at a similar position in an international company (Marketing experience or Asia Pacific Headquarter working experience will be preferred).
- Fluent in both oral and written English (German will be a plus).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes).
- Must be highly motivated and be able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good team spirit and communication skills.
- Familiar with Government related affairs e.g. Extension of new Factory, Land acquisition, Incentive programs, etc.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of Presentation materials and file management.
- Organization and compilation of reporting packages.
- Coordination of Meetings e.g. Board Meeting, Management Meeting, Customer Meeting, etc.。
- Coordination of Business trips.
- Communication and information exchange with Headquarter.
- Reception work includes correspondence, telephone, visitor for MD etc.。
- Project Management.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
