Position Title : EA to the CEO
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials
• Coordinate meetings, minutes, and follow-ups
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Prior experience supporting senior leadership preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
• Discretion, reliability, and a proactive mindset
