Key Responsibilities ● Calendar & Schedule Management: Proactively manage and optimize the MD & Chairman’s complex calendar, ensuring time is prioritized efficiently. Handle scheduling conflicts with tact and diplomacy.● Travel Arrangements: Plan, coordinate, and manage intricate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa processing.● Meeting & Timeline Coordination: Organize executive, board, and client meetings. Prepare agendas, draft briefing materials, record minutes, and track timelines and deliverables for key action items.● Communication & Correspondence: Act as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact. Draft, review, and manage email correspondence, internal memos, and formal communications on behalf of the MD & Chairman.● Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a highly professional liaison bridging the gap between the MD & Chairman and internal departments, external business associates, key stakeholders, and VIP clients.● Social & Networking Management: Assist in coordinating and managing the executive's social circles, high-profile networking events, and philanthropic engagements, ensuring a polished public and professional image.● General Coordination: Ensure the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the executive office, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate.
