This pivotal role combines high-level professional administrative support with personal lifestyle management to optimize the President’s time and efficiency. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Professional Executive Support:
Calendar Management: Proactive scheduling of appointments, priority management, and gatekeeping (screening calls and emails).
Travel Logistics: End-to-end coordination of complex travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, and detailed itineraries).
Administrative Support: Drafting correspondence, preparing high-level documents/presentations, and rigorous file follow-ups.
HR Support: Assisting the Human Resources department with administrative tasks as needed.
Coordination: Acting as a liaison between internal departments and external global partners.
Personal Assistant Duties:
Lifestyle Management: Coordinating domestic services (home maintenance, renovations, deliveries).
Personal Logistics: Handling personal shopping, errands, and planning private events.
Financial Oversight: Managing personal billing and simple account reconciliations.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of [Insert Number, e.g., 5-8] years of experience in a similar executive/personal support role.
Languages: Perfect fluency in French (written and spoken) and [Insert Level, e.g., Advanced/Fluent] English.
Technical Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and modern scheduling tools.
Soft Skills: Absolute discretion and confidentiality, high autonomy, ability to anticipate needs, and exceptional stress management.
