Human Resources (HR)
Employee Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital employee records (personnel files, contracts, leave, etc.) within the HRMS/HRIS system.
Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, leave balances) for management.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating/scheduling interviews.
Prepare and issue new hire documentation, including offer letters and employment contracts.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Payroll & Benefits Support:
Collect and verify monthly attendance and leave data for accurate payroll processing.
Assist with the administration of employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, PF/ESI/statutory compliance).
Process and manage full and final settlements for exiting employees.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in drafting, communicating, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Coordinate performance management cycles and maintain relevant documentation.
Manage the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and issuing relieving letters.
