Roles and Responsibilities
The HR Executive/Specialist will be responsible for the following key areas:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
BC Profile Sourcing & Validation: Actively source candidate profiles (BC - Business/Client/Candidate depending on context) through various channels and rigorously validate their qualifications and experience against job requirements.
BC Interview & Salary Negotiation: Conduct initial and follow-up interviews, manage the interview coordination process, and handle salary negotiations to ensure alignment with company budgets and market standards.
BGV/Offer & Appointment/Conf. Release: Manage the entire post-offer process, including Background Verification (BGV), generation of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and Confirmation Letters (conf release).
Key Requirements & Qualifications
HR Fundamentals: Strong knowledge and practical experience in the basic fundamentals of HR, including:
Recruitment (Sourcing, validation, interviewing, negotiation).
Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
HR Administration (Documentation, compliance, record-keeping).
MS Office Proficiency: Exceptional skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), specifically demonstrating proficiency with Pivot Tables and Lookup formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) in Excel for data analysis.
Data Management & MIS: Strong capability in MIS (Management Information System) Data management and reporting. Knowledge or experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a significant advantage.
Photography Hobby: A personal hobby or interest in photography is preferred, as it may be utilized for internal communications and events.
