Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends!).

What You Bring to the Floor
This isn't just a general labor role; we need seasoned pros who understand the rhythm of a freight terminal.
Freight Expertise: Proven background in transportation with a deep understanding of LTL (Less Than Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) procedures.
Equipment Mastery: Solid, confident experience operating a Counterbalance forklift.
Physical Drive: The stamina and hustle required to manage a high-volume cross-dock safely and efficiently.
Reliability: Since our facility is not accessible by public transit, you must have your own reliable vehicle for daily commuting.

Responsibilities
Safely load, unload, and stage both LTL and FTL freight for daily dispatch.
Jump on the Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift to move pallets quickly and safely across the dock.
Hand-bomb and stack boxes weighing up to 50 lbs as needed to build solid, secure pallets for transport.
Manage cross-docking workflows to keep up with tight transportation schedules.
Use handheld RF scanners to accurately track inbound and outbound shipments.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience specifically in a transportation, freight, or cross-dock environment.
Must have a strong, proven background handling LTL and FTL procedures.
Valid Counterbalance Forklift certification or strong, verifiable experience.
Must have your own reliable car (this location is NOT transit accessible).
Ready to start immediately on either the day or overnight shift.
