Payroll Officer Level:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an end-to-end payroll environment using SAP.
- You should be comfortable managing the full payroll cycle and interpreting various Modern Awards or EBA.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Intermediate proficieny with Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
Senior & Lead Level:
- Over 7 years of payroll experience, with at least 2 of the last 5 years specifically using SAP.
- You will have proven experience in team leadership, guiding staff through complex processing and compliance requirements.
- A solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation, including the ability to provide accurate Award and EBA interpretations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to support internal stakeholders & mentor a team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
