Champion a "safety-first" culture, ensuring 100% compliance with health, fire, and safety regulations while overseeing site logbooks and permits.
Lead emergency response protocols and out-of-hours coverage to ensure site safety and business continuity.
Take full ownership of fiscal stewardship, preparing and monitoring service charge budgets, operational expenditure, and year-end reconciliations.
Partner with surveyors and architects to deliver major lifecycle replacements and large-scale development projects.
Manage customer fit-out projects in strict alignment with the Lease Transaction Approval (LTA) process.
Act as the primary point of contact for occupiers, providing responsive, high-quality service and maintaining updated occupier handbooks.
Supervise estate service partners and suppliers (Hard & Soft services) to ensure performance aligns with lease obligations and budgets.
Oversee complex M&E systems, ensuring all maintenance contracts meet rigorous operational standards.
Bring a minimum of 5 years' experience in property or corporate facilities management with a strong technical grasp of M&E systems.
Utilise your commercial acumen to identify business improvements and manage cost-risk effectively.
Apply a leadership mindset to foster a collaborative, change-positive culture across diverse teams.
