• Facility Administration and development, cleanliness and with 5S maintained
• Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
• Overseeing office administration of other locations
• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Vendor Management and development (transport, housekeeping, canteen, security etc)
• Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained. • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences.
• Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
• Responsible for infrastructure change/development projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
