- Manage budgets, track costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee capital projects, renovations, and lease decisions.
- Operations & Maintenance (Hard FM):
- Oversee building infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and equipment.
- Implement preventive maintenance and manage reactive repairs.
- Manage utilities, waste management, and energy efficiency.
- Workplace Experience (Soft FM):
- Manage cleaning, catering, landscaping, and security services.
- Allocate office space and support office moves/relocations.
- Ensure a comfortable and productive work environment.
- Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and regulations.
- Develop emergency preparedness plans and conduct drills.
- Perform regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Vendor & Team Management:
- Supervise facility staff (technicians, cleaners).
- Manage contracts, negotiate with third-party vendors, and monitor their performance.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare reports on facility performance, budgets, and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and contractors.
