The Factory Manager will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of our

Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing
resources and minimizing downtime.
- Continuously evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and
implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
2. Manpower Management:
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of production staff, including supervisors, operators, and
technicians.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and meet production targets.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance employee skills and performance.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet industry standards and
customer specifications.
- Monitor production processes and implement corrective actions as necessary to address
deviations from quality requirements.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement among production teams.
4. Health and Safety Compliance:
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Promote a safety-conscious culture among employees through training and awareness
programs.
5. Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules
and minimize stockouts.
- Implement inventory control measures to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying
costs.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials and
supplies.
6. Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for the manufacturing facility, including expenses
related to labor, materials, and overhead.
- Monitor production costs and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve cost
efficiency.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or safety standards.
Requirement & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field. Master's
degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in steel fabrication or a
related industry (SPM or Parking Industry).
