About You (The Essentials)

• Local Knowledge: You are currently residing in Launceston or surrounding areas. Local roots matter.
• Ag-Fluent: You have a demonstrated background, exposure, or a deep interest in the Agriculture sector.
• Sales Grit: You’ve worked to targets before. You know how to identify new business, manage a pipeline, and close a deal.
• Stability & Commitment: We are looking for someone who wants to plant roots. You have a demonstrated track record of commitment and are looking for your next long-term career move.

The Payoff

• On Offer: Up to $127K pkg (subject to exp) Variable Rem + health and welfare benefits.
• Vehicle: Tools of trade including company car
• Flexibility: Hybrid
• Extra: Insurance experience is a plus, however, we’ll back the right person. If you have a background in Ag-Banking, Sales and Customer service with a strong connection to the farm community, we’ll pay for your RG146 and provide full training.
