• Meeting Support: Set up and provide technical assistance for townhalls and high-profile meetings, including AV equipment and connectivity.

• Professional Experience: 1 year of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or a technical service desk role.
• Technical Foundations: Strong basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), and security principles.
• Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile platforms like iOS and Android.
• Collaboration Tools: Practical experience using Microsoft 365, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Endpoint Awareness: Foundational exposure to endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM, or Autopilot.
• Communication: Ability to communicate technical information clearly to team members and end-users.
• Service Management: Previous exposure to ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing platforms is highly regarded.
