A spreadsheet whisperer—a ledger legend, if you will—who solves reconciliation puzzles faster than most people finish their coffee. You're someone who finds joy in balance sheets and can mentor newbies without rolling eyes ("debits to their left, credits to their right").
What You’ll Do
● Own the daily accounting universe — manage payables, receivables, ledgers, and keep chaos at bay. ● Be the Reconciliation Rockstar — tackle tricky variances across platformslike Amazon, Flipkart, Razor pay, and others without breaking a sweat.
● Lead month-end close & reporting — assist with finally getting those financialstatements to actually, you know, close.
● Stay GST & TDS compliant — timely filing, reconciliations, and Tally wizardry.
● Handle vendor payments with grace—even when CD deadlines try to swallow you whole. ● Support budgeting & audits — because spreadsheets don’t reconcile themselves.
What You Bring
● 5+ years of leading finance/accounting teams in manufacturing or D2C (chaos management experience optional but appreciated).
● Tally and Excel mastery plus a near-obsessive knowledge of GST and TDS rules.
● History of closing books on time and making peace with variance reconciliations.
● Communication chops enough to charm stakeholders.
