Type of Work: Material Inward & Outward handling, Assets tagging, tracking, Maintenance of FAR.
Preparation of FAR Reports.

Main Task Description
Asset Management -
•Material Inward / Outward movement handling and review with Security Register.
•Review of Purchase invoices/ scrap sale invoices.
•Maintenance of Asset Register in SWIFT Tool.
•Knowledge on depreciation calculation and depreciation Schedule preparation.
•Creation of Gate pass for material movement.
•Asset tagging & tracking.
•Tracking of Assets/material movement between different work locations.
•Physical verification of assets.
•Maintenance of Fixed Asset Management Store.
•Coordination with different departments SPOCS to allocate/deallocate of assets/material.
•Preparation of Fixed Asset Management Report, Asset Under Construction, FA and AUC Schedules.
•Timely closure of month end & year end Asset Management activities.
•Handling queries raised by other departments.
•Communication with Suppliers for material delivery status/queries handling.
