Responsibilities
-Pilot the Counterbalance: Expertly maneuver, stack, and retrieve heavy automotive components with precision and ease.
-Keep the Flow: Load and unload trailers with the speed and accuracy needed to keep our logistics timelines on track.
-Stay Active: Handle regular manual lifting (up to 30 lbs) to keep the warehouse organized and shipment-ready.
-Equipment Expert: Take pride in your machine by conducting daily safety checks and ensuring your forklift is in peak condition.
-Tech-Savvy Tracking: Use RF scanners and warehouse tech to maintain a 100% accurate digital footprint of our inventory.
-Own Your Zone: Maintain a spotless, hazard-free workspace that sets the standard for automotive safety.
-Drive Results: Partner closely with supervisors and teammates to crush daily production and shipping targets.
-Safety First: Champion our high standards by following all safety protocols and provincial regulations to the letter.
Qualifications
-Certified Pro: A valid Forklift certification is your golden ticket (strongly preferred).
-Trustworthy: Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check to join our secure facility.
-Active & Energetic: Ready to stay moving and lift 30 lbs consistently throughout your shift.
-Flexible Starter: Available to master the ropes on the day shift before transitioning to your permanent Afternoon Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM).
-Industry Savvy: Previous experience in an automotive or fast-paced logistics hub is a huge plus.
-On the Move: Reliable transportation to get you to our Brantford, Ontario site.
