Due to consistent growth, they are looking for a reliable Forklift / Stores Operator to join their team in Heatherbrae.
About the Role
This is an ongoing casual position with genuine opportunities to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. Working the afternoon shift (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM), you will be a vital cog in the warehouse wheel, ensuring products are moved, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.
Your daily duties will include:
Operating forklifts to load, unload, and move plastic products.
General storeperson duties, including picking, packing, and dispatch.
Receiving stock and conducting inventory checks.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Utilizing some available overtime to help the team meet peak demands.
What You Need to Succeed
Valid LF Forklift Licence (essential) with proven operating experience.
Previous experience in a warehousing, stores, or distribution environment.
Physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety (WHS).
Reliability, punctuality, and a great "can-do" attitude.
High-vis workwear and steel-cap boots.
