Required skills:
Master’s degree in accounting or finance. CA/ICWAI/CPA/MBA Finance from reputed universities.
§ 6+ years of experience in Finance preferably in FP&A from MNC’s Captive Finance Shared Services Organizations/Global Centers.
§ Minimum 5 Years of experience in Supply Chain Finance specially in manufacturing finance at a global/business unit level.
- Prior working experience in MNC’s Captive Shared Services Organizations/Global Centers or in Indian reputed Product based manufacturing companies.
- Prior experience in supply chain analytics for Pharma/ lab supplies industry, chemical research, chemical technology or automobile companies preferred.
- Six Sigma or Lean training preferred, but not mandatory.
§ A working knowledge of the wide-ranging aspects of the supply chain such as sourcing logistics, product costing, spend analytics, should cost anlaysis etc.
Working experience in manufacturing & Warehouse environment is mandatory

- Comfortable working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders. Ability to work with executives, managers, and stakeholders from various regions/functions.
- Strong presentation skills and able to sell capabilities and expertise to suppliers.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical skills; demonstrated leadership abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities of the leadership in a highly dynamic & fast paced environment.
- Strong Analytical and business skills - Ability to crunch big data and effectively provide recommendation to the leadership
- Computer Proficiency with strong ERP knowledge preferably SAP, MS Office, Tableau, Alteryx, QlikView, Power BI etc.
- Strong affinity with LEAN processes and tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills.
§ Independent, self-starter, highly motivated.
