Deal Diligence – Perform due diligence on new transactions, including financial, operational, and market analysis.
Performance Tracking – Track and analyze KPIs, IRR, cash-on-cash returns, and other financial metrics.
Reporting – Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and investors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Finance, Capital Markets, Investments, Analytics, and Technology teams.
Project Participation – Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and assist other finance teams as needed.
Requirements – Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics from a top university.
Experience: 2–5 years in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or real estate finance.
Software Expertise: Strong proficiency in Yardi and Advance Excel, Google sheets, Bonus with Power BI.
Real Estate Knowledge: Direct exposure to multifamily assets in the U.S. real estate market.
Analytical Skills: Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in variance and KPI analysis.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare and present reports to senior stakeholders.
Work Ethic: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work extended hours when necessary in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced Degree: Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Business preferred.
Certifications: CFA, CA, or CPA (completed or in progress) will be viewed favorably.
Private Equity Experience: Exposure to private equity capital structures and investor reporting highly desirable.
