• Key Responsibilities :
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Prepare detailed annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Audit and Analysis - Refine charts of accounts for operating & corporate entities and should be able to understand P&L and balance sheets really well.
• Database Management – Maintain investor reporting databases and loan management platforms (Yardi proficiency required).
• Deal Diligence – Perform due diligence on new transactions, including financial, operational, and market analysis.
• Performance Tracking – Track and analyze KPIs, IRR, cash-on-cash returns, and other financial metrics.
• Reporting – Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and investors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Finance, Capital Markets, Investments, Analytics, and Technology teams.
• Project Participation – Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and assist other finance teams as needed.
• Requirements – Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics from a top university.
• Experience: 2–5 years in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or real estate finance.
• Software Expertise: Strong proficiency in Yardi and Advance Excel, Google sheets, Bonus with Power BI.
• Real Estate Knowledge: Direct exposure to multifamily assets in the U.S. real estate market.
• Analytical Skills: Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in variance and KPI analysis.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare and present reports to senior stakeholders.
• Work Ethic: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work extended hours when necessary in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree: Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Business preferred.
• Certifications: CFA, CA, or CPA (completed or in progress) will be viewed favorably.
• Private Equity Experience: Exposure to private equity capital structures and investor reporting highly desirable.
