Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their fragrance preferences and needs.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on a wide range of fragrance products.
- Drive sales by showcasing product features and benefits effectively.
- Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring merchandise is well-organized and appealing.
- Manage inventory and assist with stock replenishment.
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures as required.
- H.Sc/+2/Intermediate education is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or retail role.
- Maximum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and basic store management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Asansol, West Bengal.
