Key Responsibilities
* Procure trade packages, analyze tenders, and negotiate terms with subcontractors.
* Issue formal subcontracts and purchase orders on time.
* Handle monthly valuation cycles, payment notices, variations, and CVRs.
* Track cash flow, monitor site costs, and identify commercial risks early.
* Agree final accounts with trade subcontractors.
* Work alongside site managers and technical teams to resolve commercial problems on site.

Requirements
* Solid experience as a QS or SQS with a UK commercial fit-out contractor.
* Proven track record buying and managing specialist interior trades.
* Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts, CVR reporting, and final accounts.
* Able to work on site in Central London 5 days a week.
* Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying is helpful, but experience matters most.

Working Pattern
* Location: Central London sites and office
* Schedule: Full Time (5 Days a week)
* Pay: £375 to £400 per day
