key responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining backend systems in production;
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP and frameworks such as Symfony or similar;
- Experience working on evolving and improving existing systems in live environments;
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling;
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs;
- Strong focus on code quality, testing, and maintainability;
- Good understanding of performance, reliability, and error handling;
- Comfortable working with complex business rules and data-critical systems;
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders;
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

- Develop and maintain backend services in a production environment;
- Build reliable and scalable backend logic with a strong focus on correctness and stability;
- Continuously improve system architecture, code quality, and maintainability;
