Responsibilities
•Research & Technical Discovery: Participate in user field research and lead technical discoveries, delivering clean artifacts, diagrams, and documentation.
•End-to-End Development: Design and develop detailed full-stack solutions, completing features for high-visibility exemplar projects.
•Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with frontend designers to ensure consistent look, feel, and usability across digital services.
•Advisory Support: Guide and advise product owners on technical efforts and implementation options to ensure frequent, high-quality delivery.
•Quality Assurance: Discover and resolve functional and non-functional defects while enhancing code quality, tooling, and system maintainability.
•Component Reusability: Focus on reusable solution designs, directly contributing to common components and platform capabilities.
•Team Sustainability: Assist with onboarding new technical members, maintaining documentation, and improving CI/CD and team development practices.
Qualifications
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered).
•Full Stack Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Full Stack Developer on complex software solutions within an agile team environment.
•Source Control: Minimum of 5 years of experience using Git in collaborative software development.
•Modern Frameworks: Minimum of 3 years of experience working on production applications using modern application frameworks and frontend JavaScript frameworks.
•Testing: Minimum of 3 years of experience with automated unit testing and integration testing.
•Databases: Minimum of 3 years of experience with database technologies, including relational databases and alternative data stores.
Desirable Skills & Experience
•Tech Stack Familiarity: 2+ years of experience with Angular, React, Vue.js (Frontend) and/or C# .Net Core, Node.js (NestJS, Express), Python (Django) (Backend).
•Legacy Modernization: 2+ years of experience incrementally transforming legacy systems into modern digital services.
•Architecture & Patterns: 2+ years of experience applying software design patterns and architecture considerations.
•Pipeline Integration: 2+ years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
•Human-Centered Design: 2+ years of experience collaborating with teams utilizing UX design, service design, or design thinking.
•AI-Augmented Workflows: 1+ years of experience leveraging generative AI and agentic tooling (RAG, prompt design, workflow automation) to safely drive productivity and decision quality.
•Sector Knowledge: 2+ years of experience with Client development guidelines and principles.
