•The Procurement Manger/Lead will lead the entire procurement process to ensure that all procurement of materials, plant, services and sub-contracts is carried out in accordance with project and company procedures and that all fiscal and quality requirements are met.
•Follow the established procurement processes and procedures on site.
•Manage the compilation of Requests for Prices documentation for all procurement (materials, plant, equipment, services and sub-contracts)
•Plan, direct and co-ordinate the activities of the procurement team, including procurement information flowing to and from all departments
•Manage the procurement process of supplier and sub-contractor selection
•Set up and manage the register of approved suppliers
•Establish procurement programme in co ordination with the planning engineer for all items to be procured.
•Recognise critical procurement activities and lead times for key items
•Negotiate terms and conditions for procurement
•Place orders for procurement, with the appropriate authorisations and approvals in place
•Monitor the progress of requisitions and orders

•Experience: 15-20 years
•Education: B.Tech/B.E. from UGC/AICTE approved universities/institutions
•Worked in a similar role for several infrastructure & buildings having in-depth & extensive market knowledge in terms of relevant vendors and clients.
•Knowledge of procurement of civil, structural, architectural and MEP items.
•Well versed in current market of construction materials.
•Supply chain management for building related vendors and materials.
