Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver mandatory global compliance training programs (online and in-person) for all employees, management, and relevant third parties.
Act as a champion for ethical conduct and a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Provide clear and timely compliance advice to executive leadership and business units on new initiatives, products, and market entries.
Plan and execute compliance audits and surveillance activities across various business units and international subsidiaries.
Manage the global third-party due diligence program, vetting vendors, agents, and business partners for compliance risks.
