about the job
Reporting into the Chief Human Resources Officer (Global CHRO) with a dotted line to the Chief Commercial Officer; you will serve as a strategic architect of the global people strategy, leading large-scale organizational transformations and cultural integration projects across international markets. In addition, you will:
- Manage a team of 40 HRs and support 5,000+ employees across global markets
- Lead organisation design and cultural integration for large scale global mergers and acquisitions
- Oversee the strategic development of leadership roadmaps and enterprise-wide talent development programmes
- Business partner closely with the regional business leaders, lead company HR development strategies in line with organization effectiveness and internation market expansion
- Adopt data-driven methodologies to analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Lead governance and manage global employee engagement initiatives; ensure alignment and optimal employee engagement and experience across all markets
skills and experience required
- Min. 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, of which 15 years’ within a regional or global capacity
- HR leadership experience within a large organisation (<5,000 HC) is essential, ideally within the technology / manufacturing / engineering industries supporting commercial teams
- Experience in the U.S. markets is a plus
- Effective communication skills with a proven track record partnering directly with C-Suites and senior leadership teams
- Experienced driving HR business partnering and advisory support globally on business and people areas
- Track record in managing performance matrix, agile methodology and measuring matrix and dashboards
- Strong business acumen with a track record in driving HR strategies across markets
- Excellent understanding of regional country regulations and law
