- 3+ years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful advocacy campaigns.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Experience working with government agencies and industry associations.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese healthcare system.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
