The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, visual storytelling ability, and execution speed, with
experience working in fast-paced environments such as EdTech, startups, or digital brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Visual Design
Design high-quality visual assets aligned with the brand identity, tone, and guidelines
Maintain consistency in colors, typography, layouts, and visual language
Help evolve and strengthen the brand’s visual positioning
2. Digital & Marketing Creatives
Create designs for:
o Social media posts, carousels, reels covers & thumbnails
o Website banners, landing page creatives & UI sections
o Email marketing creatives and digital ads
o Posters, flyers, brochures, and one-pagers
Support campaigns, launches, workshops, bootcamps, and events with creatives
3. Sales & Internal Collaterals
Design pitch decks, proposals, school presentations, and reports
Support sales and partnerships with visually persuasive materials
Create templates for recurring use (PPTs, social posts, reports)
4. Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with content writers, marketers, video editors, and leadership
Convert briefs, content, and concepts into clear visual outputs
Manage multiple design requests while meeting timelines and quality standards
5. Creative Improvement & Trends
Stay updated with design trends, formats, and best practices
Continuously improve design quality and efficiency
Suggest new creative ideas and visual approaches
Skills Required
Core Design Skills
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition
Ability to create clean, modern, and professional designs
Strong visual storytelling skills
Tools & Software
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong working knowledge of Canva (mandatory)
Basic understanding of Figma or other UI tools (preferred)
Ability to work with brand templates and style guides
Execution & Collaboration Skills
Ability to understand briefs and deliver on-brand designs
Good communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to handle feedback constructively and iterate fast
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or
related field
Formal education is preferred, but a strong portfolio is mandatory
