Workforce Planning & Transformation

• Lead workforce transformation initiatives to modernize internal structures and enhance organizational agility.
• Oversee integrated manpower planning and budgetary frameworks to optimize human capital investments.
• Develop strategic partnerships across various business units to harmonize people policies and operational workflows.

• Manage the HRIS team and optimization of the system(SAP SuccessFactors) to improve data-driven decision-making.
• HR Compliance: Serve as the primary authority on regional employment law and regulatory compliance to mitigate organizational risk.
• Direct the delivery of comprehensive payroll services and ensure full adherence to local and international employment regulations.

skills and experience required

• Degree-qualified with at least 15-18 years of experience in Human Resources/HR Shared Services.
• Extensive experience in leading large-scale shared services environments with a focus on high-volume payroll and compliance.
• Proven track record in strategic workforce planning, budgeting, and driving large-scale organizational change.
• Advanced proficiency in managing and optimizing complex, enterprise-level HR information systems.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence senior stakeholders during periods of business expansion.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and the development of robust corporate policies.
