As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the central delivery of people services and strategic talent allocation to support long-term business goals.
Workforce Planning & Transformation
- Lead workforce transformation initiatives to modernize internal structures and enhance organizational agility.
- Oversee integrated manpower planning and budgetary frameworks to optimize human capital investments.
- Develop strategic partnerships across various business units to harmonize people policies and operational workflows.
HR Shared Services, Compliance, HRIS & Payroll
- Manage the HRIS team and optimization of the system(SAP SuccessFactors) to improve data-driven decision-making.
- HR Compliance: Serve as the primary authority on regional employment law and regulatory compliance to mitigate organizational risk.
- Direct the delivery of comprehensive payroll services and ensure full adherence to local and international employment regulations.
skills and experience required
- Degree-qualified with at least 15-18 years of experience in Human Resources/HR Shared Services.
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale shared services environments with a focus on high-volume payroll and compliance.
- Proven track record in strategic workforce planning, budgeting, and driving large-scale organizational change.
- Advanced proficiency in managing and optimizing complex, enterprise-level HR information systems.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence senior stakeholders during periods of business expansion.
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and the development of robust corporate policies.
