- Preventive Maintenance of Paint Equipment's - Ovens, RTO's, Paint circulation systems,Painting Robots , Booth Air Handling System, PTED process, Pumps, hangers,conveyors, Sealer Dispensing systems, etc.
- Able to work on Pre-Treatment & Electrode Deposition process Equipments.
- Able to work on Fire Protection systems - Periodic checks / parts replace.
- Able to replace big parts - Motor, Gearbox, Robot Internal parts, Oven & Booth Conveyor chain, Roller, & Rails.
- Able to work on Fork Transfer / Lifter - periodic checks / parts replace.
- Planning & Execution of - Preventive, Breakdown, Predictive Maintenance.
- Knowledge on Paint Robots [Kawasaki], Pneumatics, Heat Excha, PLC - Programming
- IT networking understanding for Equipment's - Ethernet, LAN, FL-Net, CC-Link.
- Understanding of latest Digital technologies - Symptom Grasping Tools, IoT, WiFi Data transfer.
- Good communication skills & Leadership qualities - to Lead a team of Technicians.
- Budget & Spares - Planning /Procurement / Inventory / SAP know-how.
