Maintenance & Operations Management:
Lead and execute Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance (PPM/PdM) activities for all utility assets.
Develop, schedule, and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and shutdown activities for major equipment.
Maintain and operate the Diesel Generator (DG) Sets for reliable backup power, including load testing, oil analysis, and fuel management.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of Chillers, Cooling Towers, and Air Compressors to ensure optimal pressure, temperature, and quality of chilled water and compressed air supply.
Manage the maintenance of High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) Transformers and switchgear, ensuring stable power distribution and conducting thermography checks.
Monitor and maintain the UPS and Battery Management Systems to ensure power quality and ride-through capability for critical loads.
Ensure Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and effluent treatment systems run efficiently to support utility operations.
Utilize and manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for logging work orders, tracking spare parts, and generating performance reports.
