- Install and configure monitors, peripherals and hardware components at user desks, including mounting arms, stands, and cabling for ergonomic setups.
- Manage cable routing, labelling and organization to minimize clutter, ensure safety, and support easy troubleshooting or future upgrades.
- Enable new desks by assembling workstations, connecting power/data cables, and testing full functionality like network, USB and display outputs.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues such as faulty cables, monitor connectivity, or power problems, performing repairs or escalation as needed.
- Inventory and deploy equipment like monitors, docks, keyboards, mice, webcams and cables for new hires or relocations, coordinating with vendors for bulk orders.
- Conduct quality checks, routine inspections and user training or setups to prevent downtime and maintain standards.
- Proficiency with tools like cables ties, sleeves, clips, trays, crimpers, and testers for bundling, routing, labelling and securing cables without damage.
- Ability to install monitors, docks, keyboard, mice, webcams, cables, power strips, and peripherals, including but not limited to mounting under desks and ensuring proper slack to avoid tension or snags.
