The Corporate HR Head will be responsible for all major HR functions such as talent
acquisition, employee engagement, payroll, HRMS, industrial relations, training &
development, compliance, and future organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Leadership
Define and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Partner with COO and leadership for workforce planning and succession.
Establish KPIs, scorecards, and HR metrics.
Lead cultural transformation and change management initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Retention
Develop and manage recruitment strategy across all units.
Build employer branding and manage campus hiring programs.
Ensure effective onboarding, induction, and workforce planning.
Implement retention strategies including mentorship
