Responsibilities:- Lead and execute Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions.
- Provide expert advisory services to clients across various industries.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee and mentor an investment banking team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and strategic assessments.
- Develop and present comprehensive financial models and transaction proposals.
- Manage all phases of the deal-making process, from origination to closing.
- Navigate complex negotiations and ensure successful transaction completion.
- Work effectively under pressure, maintaining a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
- Contribute to business development and client origination efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to have executed M&A / Private Equity deals in the past.
- Proven track record and credentials of managing ECM and Advisory transactions.
- Experience managing an Investment Banking Team.
