This high-impact Senior Manager position focuses on accelerating the sales and market penetration of retail investment fund offerings. You will be the primary communication leader, translating complex investment narratives into advice for various audiences.

Investment Expertise & Sales Drive: Conceptualizing and executing strategic fund sales plans. You will be a key speaker at investment seminars and responsible for training agents and distributors on market trends and fund advantages.
Digital & Marketing Innovation: Contributing to the development of new web and app-based sales enablement tools to enhance user experience and executing high-profile marketing events to boost brand awareness.
Advisory & Intelligence: Acting as the go-to person for complex fund-related queries. Crucially, you will leverage customer feedback to provide valuable intelligence to senior management, identifying strategic business gaps and market opportunities.
Collateral Production: Creating top-tier sales material, training content, and authoritative investment market commentaries.

We are seeking a results-oriented fund professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in fund sales, investment marketing, or product consulting within leading financial institutions.

Essential Credentials:

A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
Possession of or active progress towards a premier investment certification such as CFA or CAIA.
A strong preference for candidates holding SFC license 4 and/or 9.

Core Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of the MPF and mutual fund markets, complemented by a comprehensive understanding of wealth management products.
Proven proficiency in major fund analytic platforms, including Morningstar, Bloomberg, and Lipper.
Exceptional communication skills, with mandatory fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English to cover key markets.
