• Cybersecurity & Risk: Practical application of cybersecurity, data privacy, and information security best practices within regulated environments.

• Digital Transformation: Proven ability to lead projects leveraging integration, automation, and reporting to improve service delivery.

• Emerging Tech: Understanding of emerging trends, including the practical and ethical application of AI in service delivery environments.

In this role, you will:

• Lead & Coach: Manage IT teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

• Drive Strategy: Execute the organisation’s IT strategy, ensuring alignment with service delivery priorities and emerging industry trends.

• Manage Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with the Executive Management Team (EMT) and external vendors to ensure effective procurement and service delivery.
