The position is responsible for maximizing the value of early-stage assets by developing and implementing comprehensive pricing and reimbursement strategies for the Japanese market. This involves close collaboration with global and local corporate teams to provide strategic input based on Japan's healthcare system, patient needs, and drug pricing trends. ■Key Requirements
- Experience in pricing strategy and reimbursement-related services, ideally with experience working in cross-functional project teams.
- Deep knowledge of Japan's healthcare insurance system, drug pricing system (including J-HTA), medical fee system, and related laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with the pricing and reimbursement systems in Europe and the United States.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A university degree or higher and proficiency in English.
