 Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
 Ensure smooth execution of supply chain processes with minimal disruptions
 Monitor KPIs such as TAT, delivery accuracy, cost per shipment, and customer satisfaction
 Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals
 Drive expansion plans, network optimization, and capacity planning
 Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation
 Establish SOPs and continuously improve operational processes
