- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the regional commercial strategy for the division, focusing on large-scale municipal, utility, and major industrial capital projects.
- P&L Management: Hold full accountability for the regional business unit's P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, margin optimization, and accurate forecasting.
- Team & Regional Excellence: Lead, mentor, and align a high-performing, cross-country sales and technical support team to execute complex project pursuits.
- Key Account & EPC Management: Cultivate C-suite relationships with major utilities, government bodies and consultants.
skill and requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or a related technical discipline.
- A proven track record of commercial leadership
- Deep expertise in navigating long-cycle, multi-million-dollar utility and public/private infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience managing cross-border, multicultural teams across the region.
