• Lead B2B enterprise sales for our proprietary stock exchange infrastructure, algorithmic trading platforms, and clearing solutions across Malaysia and the region.
• Establish and deepen long-term, institutional relationships with executive leadership across stock brokerages, investment banks, asset managers, and financial institutions.
• Champion a disciplined, compliance-first sales process—moving away from a "growth at all costs" mentality toward structured, reliable commercial execution.
• Work closely with legal and technical teams to vet solution feasibility, SLA commitments, and compliance frameworks prior to deal closing.
• Maintain high-integrity CRM forecasting, auditing pipeline health and proactively managing commercial, regulatory, and contractual risks.
• Mentor, scale, and build resilient sales teams with clear capability road maps in capital market mechanics, mitigating key-person dependencies.

about the requirement

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Finance, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 12 - 15 years in B2B IT solutions / enterprise software sales, with at least 3–5 years in a sales leadership capacity.
• Strong background in financial technology, capital markets infrastructure, core banking, or trading systems is highly preferred.
• Proven track record pitching and negotiating complex, multi-year contracts with C-level stakeholders at regulated financial institutions.
• Thorough understanding of enterprise licensing, technical feasibility evaluations, sales forecasting, and commercial risk management.
• Working familiarity with the regulatory environment (Securities Commission Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia) is an added advantage.
