key responsibilities
- Provide IT support in various domains (collaborative tools; access to applications; Email; security applications, etc.) in different countries;
- Recording occurrences in order to maintain control on the quality of support;
- Collaborate in functional support tasks to applications in various domains such as purchasing, finance, IT, sales or production;
skills
- Experience in IT support;
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Proactive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
