Responsibilities:- Unload, unpack, and verify incoming shipments and deliveries against purchase orders.
- Efficiently stock shelves, displays, and storage areas to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy store environment, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and organizing stockrooms.
- Greet customers warmly, assist them in locating items, and provide essential product information.
- Support sales staff during peak hours to ensure smooth customer flow and a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with setting up promotional displays, signage, and accurate product labeling.
- Perform, check, and update price tags on shelves to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, ensuring aisles are clear and potential hazards are promptly removed.
- High school diploma (12th pass).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Helper or Store Helper.
- Familiarity with inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of safety and compliance regulations in a retail or warehouse environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
