Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and discreet House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a prestigious 7-floor private residence of the Managing Director in Hyderabad. The role requires strong coordination, people management, and operational oversight skills to ensure the smooth functioning, upkeep, and security of the property.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall management and upkeep of a large, multi-story private residence
Ensure the residence is maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality
Coordinate and supervise in-house staff and external service providers, including technicians, housekeeping, and security teams
Act as the single point of contact for all property-related operations and requirements
Liaise with the existing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) technical teams provided by the organization; no hands-on technical work required
Manage daily schedules, service routines, and operational logistics efficiently
Ensure timely resolution of maintenance and operational issues through effective coordination
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the residence and the Managing Director
Ensure adherence to safety, security, and compliance protocols at all times
Experience & Qualifications
Prior experience in high-end hotel management, luxury hospitality, or property management is strongly preferred
Experience managing large private residences, villas, or multi-floor properties will be a significant advantage
Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple daily operations seamlessly
