Role Purpose

Manage end-to-end HR operations and administration: hiring support, employee lifecycle, policies, payroll coordination, facilities, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- HR operations: onboarding, performance cycles, employee relations, policy rollout.
- Administration: transport, accommodation, site facilities, vendor contracts.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance systems, benefits, and HR documentation.
- Ensure statutory compliance (labor laws, contractor compliance with IR team).
- Support leadership with manpower planning and organizational development.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong HR operations + admin exposure in industrial/site environments.
- Good compliance orientation and stakeholder handling.
