Role & Accountabilities
In this role, you will support the implementation of the IT & Data target organization. You will work closely with the transformation team, business stakeholders, HR colleagues and managers to ensure the next steps are executed in a structured, timely and consistent way.
Your main responsibility is to help move the transformation from design to implementation by creating structure, tracking progress, identifying dependencies and ensuring that the people-related implementation activities are prepared and executed with the right level of quality and consistency.
- Coordinate input and preparation for selection waves 2 and 3, including jobdescriptions, interview panels and selection frameworks.
- Support accurate mapping of employees into the future organization and help resolve follow-up questions or dependencies.
- Prepare and coordinate the correct implementation of the new organization structure in Workday.
- Support communication and change activities by creating clarity on process timelines, roles and next steps.
- Contribute to employee journey activities, including individual employee cases offboarding where relevant.
- Act as a connecting point between the transformation team, HR, managers and employees to ensure alignment and timely follow-through.
You will coordinate deliverables and help stakeholders understand what is needed, when input is required and how decisions or process steps impact employees. Where needed, you will use your HR expertise to challenge, advise and connect with a diverse range of
stakeholders.
