Our client is a prominent, purpose-driven health organisation delivering vital digital services, virtual care, and community support platforms nationally. Capitalising on their sustained strategic growth, they are expanding their People & Culture capability and seeking an agile, high-impact HR Business Partner. Serving as the day-to-day P&C partner across key business units, you will build manager confidence, lead complex employee relations, and drive enterprise people programs to ensure business units thrive in a dynamic environment.
The Role
This is a true business partnering role that goes far beyond routine administration. Reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager, you will embed yourself with leaders and managers across nominated divisions, coaching them directly to lift the quality of people decisions and proactively driving P&C initiatives.
... - Consultative Business Partnering: Act as the primary P&C contact for managers, coaching them to handle people matters directly, interpret workforce data, and translate employee engagement survey results into practical action.
- End-to-End Employee Relations: Manage the full spectrum of ER casework—from early-stage coaching and conduct guidance to workplace investigations, risk mitigation, and compliance with the Fair Work Act and psychosocial safety standards.
- WHS & Wellbeing Ownership: Lead the organisation’s Work Health & Safety and wellbeing accountabilities, managing compliance policies, workers' compensation, return-to-work planning, and annual safety risk reviews.
- Enterprise Program Delivery: Partner on the seamless execution of annual performance management and remuneration cycles, providing manager guidance, moderation support, and system tracking via Dayforce.
- Change & Transition Support: Guide leaders through people-impacting change, including restructures and role redesigns, ensuring consultation obligations are met and employees are supported throughout.
- Operational Excellence: Leverage modern P&C platforms (Dayforce, Jira service desk) and AI tools to streamline workflows, providing service continuity and input into policy enhancements.
About You
You are a naturally curious, progressive HR generalist who builds immediate credibility across all levels of an organisation. You communicate with transparency, excel at navigating complex human dynamics, and bring sound judgment to workplace risk and procedural fairness.
