Provides consultation and collaboration across the full spectrum of HR issues, providing feedback and linkage with all functional components of Human Resources. Builds and manages strategic relationships to proactively facilitate adequate information flow, decision-making, and actions on human resources issues across the unit and project levels. Provides the highest customer service standards, serves as the 1st point of contact for all HR issues, and coordinates with other HR functions to ensure cohesion with corporate practices, procedures, policies, and processes. Supports and ensures that the annual salary adjustment process, promotion, and equity reviews for assigned units occur. Serves as a bridge between stakeholders to ensure program requirements inform the HR strategy and that the HR strategy is relevant to the program and operational areas. Plans and leads organizational design projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles, and processes that create speed and efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands. Conducts HR needs where needed based on HR best practices. Engages in solving HR problems by gathering facts, conducting proper consultations, and responding appropriately to each situation while working towards solutions that meet client and organizational needs. Coach senior leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning anddevelopment, and performance management, to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development. Work as a critical advisor to business leaders to determine the best approaches to leadership and organization development, organization change, succession planning, recruitment, talentdevelopment, and strategic HR issues. Provide HR leadership in the execution, monitoring, and achievement of HR programs. Partner closely with regional HR to maintain a stable environment in all countries, enabling employees to work at their fullest potential by designing strategies and conducting practical labor relations activities. Partner closely with the HR departments (Total Rewards, Learning, Development & Agility, etc.) to synthesize and streamline HR Initiatives across the business in alignment with business goals. Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues. Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation. Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling staff. Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements. Accomplishes exceptional project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities. Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions. Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies
求められる経験
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• 20 years of leadership experience in human resources, preferably in BPO or ITeS organizations.
• Knowledge of Human Resources practices and market environments within Japan.
• Ability to develop, present and defend strategic plans and policies to senior management coupled
with the proven capability to implement approved ones.
• Ability to do business with an absolute commitment to ethics, honesty, and credibility.
• Proven success in developing employees through new opportunities and challenges, recognizing, and
rewarding high performers, and embracing diversity and varied perspectives.
• Understanding of local employment law and legislation within the region.
• Strong executive presence and business acumen, with the ability to influence leadership.
