- Assess manpower requirements in coordination with Production, PPC, Stores, Maintenance.
- Forecast short-term and long-term hiring needs based on attrition and projects requirement based on plan.
- Source candidates through local vendors, labour contractors, job portals, referrals, Job Fairs and on-ground recruitment drives.
- Maintain strong relations with labour suppliers on fulfilling the manpower needs.
- Conduct preliminary screening to match candidate skills with job requirements
- Coordinate with department representatives/functional heads for interviews & final selection.
- Collect and verify documents: ID proof, address proof, educational certificates, experience letters, bank details.
- Ensure joining formalities such as forms filling verification, Onboarding intimation mails and hand overing to departments.
- Responsible for issuing offer letters and appointment letters.
- Coordinate with training spoc for training plans.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and manpower reports.
- Share dashboards on current manpower strength, hiring status, attendance, and attrition.
